making ideas visible

Lewissian gneiss

Jen’s illustrations explain objectives and attract funding for non-profits like the Edible Schoolyard Project, Boys & Girls’ Clubs, YMCA, Catholic Charities and Bay Area Ridge Trail Council. They work hard winning competitions and accelerating approvals for public schools and housing in the Bay Area.

Drawings help come up with ideas and examine them in context.  Jen has worked with corporate clients like GAP, Williams-Sonoma, Sony, LVMH, Wendy’s and Ben & Jerry’s retail designs and brand activation rollouts.

Instructor at UC Berkeley Extension Art & Design Program. Lecturer for art history and other design venues. Workshop leader for private & corporate creative teams since 2009.
